These regulations may be cited as the Public Corporations (Adelaide International Film Festival) Variation Regulations 2004.

These regulations come into operation on the day on which they are made.

The Adelaide Film Festival is the same body corporate as the Adelaide International Film Festival established under the Public Corporations (Adelaide International Film Festival) Regulations 2002.
A reference in an instrument to the Adelaide International Film Festival is (where the context admits) to be read as a reference to the Adelaide Film Festival.
Note—
As required by section 10AA(2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1978, the Minister has certified that, in the Minister's opinion, it is necessary or appropriate that these regulations come into operation as set out in these regulations.
