1—Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Public Corporations (Adelaide Festival Centre Trust) Regulations 1998.

2—Commencement

These regulations will come into operation on the day on which they are made.

3—Application of Act to Trust

The following provisions of the Public Corporations Act 1993 apply to the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust established by the Adelaide Festival Centre Trust Act 1971:

(a)Part 2 (Ministerial Control);

(b)Part 3 (Performance and Scope of Corporation's Operations);

(c)Part 4 (Duties and Liabilities of Board and Directors);

(d)sections 27, 32, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41 and 42.

Revocation of regulations
