I, WILLIAM MICHAEL HODGMAN, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulation under the Public Baths and Public Bathing Ordinance 1956.

Declaration of public baths

Regulation 3 of the Public Baths and Public Bathing Regulations is

amended by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph:

"(g) the baths located in the complex of buildings known as the Erindale Centre situated in the Division of Wanniassa, Canberra City District.".
