Regulations under the Public Baths and Public

Bathing Ordinance 1956.*

Bathing Ordinance 1956, hereby make the following Regulations.

PUBLIC BATHS AND PUBLIC BATHING EEGULATIONS.

1. These Eegulations may be cited as the Public Baths and Public Citation.

Bathing Eegulations.

2. In these Eegulations— Definitions.

" monthly ticket ", in relation to any public baths, means a ticket entitling the person to whom the ticket is issued to admission to the baths at any time when the baths are open to members of the public during the period of one month commencing on the day on which the ticket is issued;

" season ", in relation to any public baths, means the period com- mencing on the day on which the baths are first open to members of the public after the first day of October in a year and ending on the day on which the baths are last open to members of the public before the thirtieth day of April in the following year ;

"season t icket" , in relation to any public baths, means a ticket entitling the person to whom the ticket is issued to admission to the baths at any time when the baths are open to members of the public during the season in respect of which the ticket is issued;

" single admission ticket ", in relation to any puhlic baths, means a ticket entitling the person to whom the ticket is issued to be admitted to the baths on one occasion on the day on which the ticket is issued.

3. The baths described hereunder are declared to be public baths:—Declaration of

4.—(1.) Subject to the next succeeding sub-regulation, the charge to be made for a ticket entitling a person to admission to any public baths which are not leased public baths shall be in accordance with the following table:—

(2.) The charge to be made for a single admission ticket entitling a school child iii charge of a teacher to admission to any public baths referred to in the last preceding sub-regulation is three pence.
