   PUBLIC BATHS AND PUBLIC BATHING ORDINANCE

   PUBLIC BATHS AND PUBLIC BATHING REGULATIONS

   REGULATIONS 1964, No. 3*

citation. 1. These Regulations may be cited as the Public Baths and Public

Bathing Regulations.

Repeal. 2. The Public Baths and Public Bathing Regulations, being Regulations

1956, No. 15, are repealed.

Declaration of	3. The baths described hereunder are declared to be public baths:—
public baihs.

(a) The baths known as the Manuka Swimming Pool situated in the

Division of Griffith, Canberra;

(b) The baths known as the Olympic Pool situated in the Division

of Parkes, Canberra;

(c) The baths known as the Dickson Swimming Pool situated in the

Division of Dickson, Canberra.
