PUBLIC BATHS AND PUBLIC BATHING ORDINANCE

PUBLIC BATHS AND PUBLIC BATHING REGULATIONS *

REGULATIONS 1969 No. 9f

Regulation 3 of the Public Baths and Public Bathing Regulations is amended
by omitting paragraph (d) and inserting in its stead the following paragraphs:—

" (d) The baths known as the Deakin Swimming Pool situated in the

Division of Deakin, Canberra City District;

" (e) The baths known as the Macquarie Swimming Pool situated in the

Division of Macquarie, Canberra City District.".

Commonwealth Gazette and commenced on 30 December 1969.
