Public Baths and Public Bathing Act 1956

1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Public Baths and Public Bathing Amendment Regulation 2014 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Public Baths and Public Bathing Regulation 1966.

4. Section 3 (d) and (e)

   substitute

   (d)the baths located in the complex of buildings known as the Lakeside Leisure Centre situated in the division of Greenway, Canberra City district;

   (e)the baths located in the complex of buildings known as the Gungahlin Leisure Centre situated in the division of Gungahlin, Canberra City district;
