His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to confer on the Minister administering the Jobs for NSW Act 2015 the authority to make investments of any kind with the money in the Jobs for NSW Fund established under that Act.

This Regulation is made under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987, including sections 24 (1) and 43 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Amendment
(Jobs for NSW Fund) Regulation 2017.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
