Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to update the Public Authorities (Financial

Arrangements) Regulation 2000 to take account of the following:

(a)	the dissolution of the Home Purchase Assistance Authority and the transfer of its assets, rights and liabilities to the New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation,
(b)	therepealoftheHomePurchaseAssistanceAuthorityAct1993bythe Housing Act 2001,
(c)	the change of name of FANMAC Limited to RESIMAC Limited.

This Regulation is made under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements)

Act 1987, including section 43 (the general regulation-making power).

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Amendment (Home Purchase Assistance Authority) Regulation 2002.
