Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Treasurer and the Minister for Mineral and Forest Resources, has made the following Regulation under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to authorise a specific type of investment to be made by the
Forestry Commission of New South Wales.
This Regulation is made under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987,
including sections 24 and 43 (the general regulation-making power) and clause 3 (f) of

Schedule 4.

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements)
Amendment (Forestry Commission) Regulation 2010.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

Schedule 5 Authorities having additional investment powers

Insert after clause 16A:

16B Forestry Commission

The following additional investment is prescribed in
respect of the Forestry Commission:
Investment, made on terms and conditions approved by
the Treasurer, in TEPCO Forests Australia Pty Ltd
(ACN 091 040 783).
