Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Treasurer and the Minister for each affected authority, has made the following Regulation under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987.

The object of this Regulation is to confer on Cobbora Holding Company Pty Limited and its including sections 24 and 43 (the general regulation-making power).

1      Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements)
Amendment (Cobbora Investment Powers) Regulation 2011.

2      Commencement

This Regulation commences on the day on which it is published on the
NSW legislation website.

3 Amendment of Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Regulation 2005

Schedule 4 Authorities having Part 4 investment powers
Insert the following in alphabetical order:

Cobbora Holding Company Pty Limited (in respect of such funds of or under that authority’s control as are determined by the Treasurer) and any subsidiary of that authority (in respect of such funds of or under the control of the subsidiary as are determined by the Treasurer)
