2000 No 45—Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, CVO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Amendment Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 August 2000 as the day on which that Act commences.
