1987, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) General Regulation 1990 is amended by omitting from clause 4 the words “NSW Grain Corporation Limited”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

NSW Grain Corporation Holdings Limited (“Grain Holdings”) ceased to be a

State owned corporation on 30 September 1992 under the NSW Grain Corporation
Holdings Limited Act 1992. That Act provides for the sale of Grain Holdings and its subsidiary, NSW Grain Corporation Limited. The object of this Regulation is to make a consequential amendment to clause 4 of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) General Regulation 1990 to remove a reference to that subsidiary. Clause 4 lists authorities that have been declared to be authorities for the purposes of Part 2 of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987. Part 2 of that Act deals with the financial accommodation and other financial arrangements
of certain public authorities.
