HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Treasurer, and in pursuance of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) General Regulation 1990 is amended by inserting in clause 4 after the words "Lands Administration Ministerial Corporation" the following words:

Newcastle Showground and Exhibition Centre Trust

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to amend the Public Authorities (Financial

Arrangements) General Regulation 1990 to declare the Newcastle Showground and Exhibition Centre Trust to be an authority for the purposes of Part 2 (financial
accommodation and other arrangements) of the Public Authorities (Financial
Arrangements) Act 1987.
