HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,

and on the recommendation of the Treasurer, and in pursuance of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Investment Powers Regulation 1990 is amended:

(a) by omitting from Schedule 1 the words “State Authorities Superannuation Board”;
(b)

by inserting in Schedule 4, in alphabetical order of authorities, the State Authorities Superannuation Board

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to confer on the State Authorities Superannuation Board the unlimited power of investment described in Part 4 of Schedule 4 to the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987. At present, the Board may only exercise the limited powers of investment described in Part 1 of that Schedule.

This Regulation is made under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987, including section 24.
