(Relating to the investment powers of certain authorities)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and on the recommendation of the Treasurer and the Minister for the authorities declared by this Regulation to have investment powers, and in pursuance of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Investment Powers Regulation 1990 is amended by inserting in Schedule 2 in alphabetical order of authorities the following:

Eastern Sydney Area Health Service
Northern Sydney Area Health Service
Royal Alexandra Hospital for Children

Western Sydney Area Health Service

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to confer on the authorities named in it the investment powers described in Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987 in respect of the funds of or under the control of those authorities.
