HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council,
and in pursuance of the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act
1987, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Regulation 1995 is amended:
| (a) | by omitting from Schedule 1 the names “Energy South”, “Far West Energy”, “Midstate Energy” and “NorthPower Energy”; |
| (b) | by inserting in Schedule 2, in alphabetical order, the names “Energy South”, “Far West Energy”, “Midstate Energy” and “NorthPower Energy”. |
EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to confer investment powers under Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987 on 4 energy distributors. Those distributors currently have investment powers under Part 1 of Schedule 4 to that Act.
This Regulation is made under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987, including section 43 (the general regulation making power) and section 24.
