His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to confer additional investment powers on
the Olympic Co-ordination Authority to enable the Authority to make
investments on terms and conditions approved by the Treasurer in connection with the construction, alteration, enlargement or use (including
use after the Olympic Games) of the Olympic Stadium. An example of such
an investment is the provision of a subordinated loan facility to finance the
re-configuration of the Olympic Stadium to enable Australian Rules football
to be played there.

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Public Authorities (Financial
Arrangements) Amendment (OCA) Regulation 1999.
Amendment of Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Regulation 1995
The Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

51A Additional investment powers of Olympic Co-ordination
Authority
The following additional investments are prescribed in respect of the Olympic Co-ordination Authority for the purposes of clause 3 (f) of Schedule 4 to the Act:
Any investment, made on terms and conditions approved by the Treasurer, in connection with the construction, alteration, enlargement or use (including use after the Olympic Games) of the Olympic Stadium at Homebush.
