Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to confer investment powers under Part 4 of Schedule 4 to the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987 on the NSW Insurance Ministerial Corporation (currently the Corporation has investment powers under Part 1 of Schedule 4 to that Act).

This Regulation is made under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987, including section 43 (the general regulation-making power) and section 24.

1      Name of Regulation

Regulation 1995

The Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
