His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987.

The object of this Regulation is to confer investment powers under Part 2 of Schedule 4 to the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987 on the Health Administration Corporation (currently the Corporation has investment powers under Part 1 of Schedule 4 to that Act).

This Regulation is made under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987, including section 24 and section 43 (the general regulation-making power).

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.

   Omit “Health Administration Corporation”.

2. Schedule 2 Part 2 investment powers

   Insert “Health Administration Corporation” in alphabetical order.
