His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987.

Explanatory note

The object of this Regulation is to confer on the Electricity Transmission Authority the investment powers described in Part 3 of Schedule 4 to the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987 in respect of the funds of or under the control of that Authority.

This Regulation is made under the Public Authorities (Financial Arrangements) Act 1987, including section 24 and section 43 (the general regulation making power).
