AN ACT to amend the Public and Bank Holidays

Act, 1972.

[Assented to 25th May, 1976.]

RE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Short title

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Public and and citation.

Bank Holidays Act Amendment Act, 1976.

(2) In this Act the Public and Bank Holidays of 1972.

Act, 1972 is referred to as the principal Act.

(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Public and Bank Holidays Act, 1972-1976.

Section 8

Subsection (2) of section 8 of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word "Act", in line two, and inserting in lieu thereof the word "section".
