1, the Governor, acting under the Pis.Ulic and Bank Holidays Act 1972 section 8 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, declare that instead of Monday 27 September 2010, Monday 2 August. 2010 shall be the Celebration Day for the Anniversary of the Birthday of the Reigning Sovereign in 2010 in the Roebourneshire and the Port. Hedland town (districts under the Local Governrm ,n.f. Act 1995).

Citation

This order is the Consumer Airs Revocation Order 2010.

2.             Commencement

This order comes into operation on and from the date of its publication.

Conswner Af frxirs Act 1971 section 23R. are revoked

(a) the order permitting the sale and supply of protective

helmets for motor cyclists subject to certain the Gazette of 5 August 1997 at p. 4435;

conditions — made by Mark Ian Body coat. Acting
