I, the Governor, acting under the Public and Bank Holidays Act 1972 section 8 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, declare that, instead of Monday 30 September 2013, Monday 5 August 2013 shall be the Celebration Day for

the Anniversary of the Birthday of the Reigning Sovereign in 2013 in—

(a) the Port Hedland local government district; and

(b) the Roebourne local government district.
