PROCLAMATION

I, the Governor, acting under the Public and Bank Holidays Act 1972 section 8 and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, declare that, instead of Monday 30 September 2013, Monday 8 July 2013 shall be the Celebration Day for the Anniversary of the Birthday of the Reigning Sovereign in 2013 in that part of the

East Pilbara local government district that—

(a) is in, or within 150 km of, the townsite of Marble Bar (constituted under the Land Administration Act 1997 section 26(2)), including the townsite of Nullagine (as constituted under that provision); but
(b) is not within 150 km of the townsite of Newman (as constituted under that provision).
