I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Psychologists Registration Act 2000 .4 December 2006

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Psychologists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2006 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3InterpretationIn these regulations – Act means the Psychologists Registration Act 2000 . 4FeesThe fees set out in Schedule 1 are the fees prescribed for the purposes of the Act.
