Psychologists Registration (Fees) Regulations 1998

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to temporarily increase the fees payable to the Psychologists Registration Board of Victoria for applications for, and renewal of, registration as a psychologist or as a probationary psychologist.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 12(2),
14(2), 20 and 46 of the Psychologists

Registration Act 1987.

3. New Part 7 inserted

After regulation 12 of the Psychologists Registration Regulations 19951 insert—

"PART 7—TEMPORARY INCREASE IN

CERTAIN FEES

13.

Certain fees temporarily increased 1998 and ending 31 March 2000, the following fees are payable to the Board instead of the fees referred to in paragraphs (a), (b), (d) and (e) in Schedule 6—

(a)

on application for registration as a psychologist, $250.00;

(b)

on application for registration as a probationary psychologist, $75.00;

(c)

for the annual renewal of registration as a psychologist, $225.00;

(d)

for the annual renewal of registration as a probationary psychologist, $50.00.

14. Revocation of Part
This Part is revoked on 31 March 2000.".
