Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Psychologists Registration Regulations 1995 to increase the fee for renewal of registration as a psychologist and to correct a reference.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 20 and

46 of the Psychologists Registration Act 1987.

3. Amendment

(1) In regulation 7(1) of the Psychologists

Registration Regulations 19951, for "section

13(a)(i)" substitute "section 13(b)(i)".

(2) In Schedule 6 to the Psychologists Registration

Regulations 1995, for paragraph (d) substitute—

Psychologists Registration (Amendment) Regulations 1997
