Psychologists Registration Amendment (Fees) Regulations 1999

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Psychologists Registration Board, make the following regulations under the Psychologists Registration Act 1976 .15 November 1999

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Psychologists Registration Amendment (Fees) Regulations 1999 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Psychologists Registration Regulations 1980 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 2 amended (Fees) Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting

Application for registration 60.00

and substituting the following item:

Application for registration 250.00

(b) by omitting

Renewal of registration 45.00

and substituting the following item:

Renewal of registration 200.00
