Made by The Psychologists Board of Western Australia and approved by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These rules may be cited as the Psychologists Board Amendment Rules 1997.

Principal rules

2. In these rules the Psychologists Board Rules 1978* are referred to as the principal rules.

Rule 17 amended

3. Rule 17 of the principal rules is amended—

(a) in subrule (2) (f) by deleting "125" and substituting the following—

"144.50"; and

(b) in subrule (3) by deleting "producting" and substituting the following—

"producing".

Rule 31 amended

4. Rule 31 of the principal rules is amended—

(a) in paragraph (a) by deleting "125" and substituting the following—

"144.50";

(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting "125" and substituting the following—

"144.50";

(c) in paragraph (c) by deleting "125" and substituting the following—

"144.50"; and

(d) in paragraph (d) by deleting "125" and substituting the following—

"144.50".
