PSYCHOLOGISTS BOARD AMENDMENT RULES 1993

Made by the Psychologists Board of Western Australia and approved by His

Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1.  These regulations may be cited as the Psychologists Board Amendment

Rules 1993.

Principal rules

2.   In these rules the Psychologists Board Rules 1978* are referred to as the

principal rules.

Rule 59 repealed and a rule substituted

3. Rule 59 of the principal rules is repealed and the following rule is
substituted —

a

Examination fees for a licence to practise hypnosis

59.  (1) The fees for examination of an applicant for a licence

to practise hypnosis shall be determined by the Board but shall

not exceed

(a) for each written paper $125;
(b) for each oral examination $125; and
(c) for each practical examination $125.
(2) The fees referred to in subrule (1) must be paid by the

candidate prior to each written, oral or practical examination.

Various fees amended

4. The principal rules are amended by deleting in the provisions referred to in column 1 of the Table to this rule the fees respectively set out in column 2 of the Table and substituting in each case the corresponding fee set out in column 3 of the Table.
