s1 2 s4 Psychologists Amendment (No. 1) No. 347, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Psychologists Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Psychologists By-law 1993 . ˙ Amendment of s 8 (Funds) 3. Section 8(2)— omit, insert — ‘ (2) Payment from the account may be made only by a cheque signed by 2 persons authorised by the board for the purpose.’. ˙ Amendment of s 10 (The register) 4.(1) Section 10(a) and (b)— omit, insert — ‘(a) address for correspondence; and’.
