I, Rear Admiral Sir DAVID JAMES MARTIN, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Psychologists Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 August 1990 as the day on which that Act (Part 1, sections 19, 20 and 33 and Schedules 1 and 2 excepted) commences.
