Application for approval of the Pryor Plant Hire Pty Ltd Employee Collective Agreement 2013-2017.
[1] The decision issued by the Fair Work Commission on 16 January 2014 [2014 FWCA 429] is corrected as follows:
By deleting paragraph 4 and inserting the following:
“[4] The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from seven days after the issuing of this decision. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 1 February 2017.”
