1. The applicant applies to remove proceedings pending in the County Court of Victoria to this Court.  In our opinion, the proceedings in the County Court do not present an issue appropriate for removal to this Court.

2. Pursuant to r 26.07.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application with costs.
