Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Protection of the Sea (Shipping Levy) Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2009.

Amendment of Protection of the Sea (Shipping Levy) Regulations 1982

Schedule 1 amends the Protection of the Sea (Shipping Levy) Regulations 1982.
