Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Regulations (Repeal)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Protection of the Sea (PreventionofPollution from Ships) Act 1983.

1.   Commencement

1.1   These Regulations commence on 10 January 1995.

2. Repeal of Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Regulations

2.1   Statutory Rules 1986 No. 301, 1987 No. 65, 1990 No. 13, 1991 No. 333 and 1992 No. 101 are repealed.
