Protection of the Sea (Prevention of

Pollution from Ships) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Act 1983.

Regulation 12 of the Protection of the Sea (Prevention of Pollution from Ships) Regulations is repealed and the following regulation substituted:

Minister may make orders

“12. The Minister may make orders with respect to any matter for or in relation to which provision may be made by these regulations (other than matters referred to in paragraph 33 (1) (f) of the Act).”.
