Act 2000 No 82—Proclamation

PROFESSOR MARIE BASHIR AO, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AO, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Protection of the Environment Operations Amendment (Balloons) Act 2000, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 July 2001 as the day on which that Act commences.
