PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT OPERATIONS ACT 1997 No 156- PROCLAMATION

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council. and in pursuance of section 2 of the Protection of the Envirorment Operations Act 1997, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 Ju ly 1999 as the day on which that Act commences.
