PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT ADMINISTRATION AMENDMENT (ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION) ACT 1998

NO 167-PROCLAMATION

Gordon Samuels, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Protection of the Environment Administration Amendment (Environmental Education) Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 14 January 1999 as the day on which that Act commences, except the following provisions:

(a)	Schedule 1 [2]–[6],
(b)	so much of Schedule 1 [9] as inserts section 28 (8) and (9) into the Protection of the Environment Administration Act 1991,
(c)	Schedule 1 [15].
