Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage Regulations2 (Amendment)

  

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage Act 1986.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Protection of Movable Cultural Heritage Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

    

2.   Schedule

2.1   Part VI, paragraph 4 (c):

Omit “1950”, substitute “1960”.

 

2.2   Part XI, paragraph 1 (a):

Omit “$5,000”, substitute “$15,000”.
