An Act to amend section 18 of the Protected Estates Act 1983 by way of
statute law revision. [Assented to, 29 May 1986]

Protected Estates (Amendment) 1986
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the "Protected Estates (Amendment) Act
1986" .
Amendment of Act No. 179, 1983, s. 18 (Consideration of capability of forensic patients to manage affairs)
The Protected Estates Act 1983 is amended by omitting from section
18 the matter "117, 118" and by inserting instead the matter "118, 119".
