I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Protected Disclosures Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 March 1995 as the day on which that Act commences.

Irrigation Corporations Act 1994 relating to the establishment of irrigation corporations under that Act.
