s1 2 s4 Prostitution Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 No. 67, 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Prostitution Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Prostitution Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of sch 1 (Agencies with which Council must liaise) (1) Schedule 1, ‘Criminal Justice Commission’ and ‘Queensland Crime Commission’— omit. (2) Schedule 1— insert — ‘Crime and Misconduct Commission’. (3) Schedule 1, ‘ Vocational Education, Training and Employment Act 1991 ’— omit , insert— ‘ Training and Employment Act 2000 ’. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (Fees) Schedule 2— insert — ‘ 15. Fee payable on lodging notice of appeal to independent assessor, including for— • giving notice of appeal to other parties • documents provided by assessment manager • independent assessor’s preliminary assessment • giving notice of decision . . . . . . . . . . . 750.00’.
