proroguing the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly

and dissolving the Legislative Assembly

By this proclamation, I, the Governor, acting under the Constitution Act 1889 section 3—

(a) prorogue the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly; and
(b) dissolve the Legislative Assembly,

as from the time of the publication of this proclamation in the Government Gazette on Sunday
23 January 2005.
