I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New

South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Property, Stock and Business Agents (Amendment) Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 1 November 1994 as the day on which the uncommenced provisions of that Act commence.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the remaining provisions of the Property, Stock and Business Agents (Amendment) Act 1994 which were not commenced on 10 June 1994. These provisions relate to the operation of trust accounts and related matters.
