I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, A.C., Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Property, Stock and Business Agents (Amendment) Act 1994, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 10 June 1994 as the day on which that Act (except section 4, and Schedule 1 and section 3 in its application to that Schedule) commences.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Proclamation is to commence the provisions of the Property, Stock and Business Agents (Amendment) Act 1994 other than the amendments relating to the operation of trust accounts and related matters.
