Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 1941
His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Property, Stock and Business
Agents Act 1941.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to increase certain fees payable under the
Property, Stock and Business Agents Act 1941.The application fees referred to in the table of fees set out in Schedule 1 to this Regulation, in respect of sections 23 (2) (d) and 57 (6) and (9) (c) of the Act, include a component previously covered by administration fees which have been repealed by amendments to the Act given effect to by the Fair
Trading Legislation Amendment Act 1997.
This Regulation is made under the Property, Stock and Business Agents Act
1941, including section 92 (the general regulation-making power) and the
sections referred to in the table of fees.

Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 August 1997.

1993 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.
