s1 2 s3 Property Law Amendment (No. 1) No. 143, 1998 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Property Law Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1998 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Property Law Regulation 1993 . ˙ Insertion of new s 4 3. After section 3— insert— ˙ ‘ Postponed commencement of uncommenced provision ‘ 4.(1) In this section— “postponed law” means the MiscellaneousActs(Non-bankFinancialInstitutions) Amendment Act 1997 , section 24. ‘ (2) The period before automatic commencement, under the ActsInterpretationAct1954 , section 15DA(2), 1 of the postponed law is extended. ‘ (3) The postponed law now automatically commences on 16 May 1999. ‘ (4) This section expires on 17 May 1999.’.
